Universally Accessible Transit. Access Transit has come up with a plan designed to remove physical and logistical barriers for Persons with Disabilities when using Transit. The proposed accessible features include:-Tactile way-finding aids-Visual and auditory aids-Elevator and ramp characteristics-Audio and visual “Next-Stop” features provided for all stops-Hand-held GPS device to provide user with audible directions within 30 feet of a bus stop-VIP Assistance line for help on the Skytrain-”Next-Bus” info on mobile phones
